Sorry, I'm not on msn right now, brother's using the comp. Hmm.. I have a solution to it. Here it is:

First your images with the white lines must be in seperate layers, unless flattened. If your image is flattened I hope you have a back up PDN file.

Second download this: http://paintdotnet.forumer.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=22819

That is a feather and soem other useful plugins. After you've done so, go back to the layer you need to get rid or smooth out the white outline of your images and go to blur: feather. Hope that helped! =)
